Our comprehensive range of aluminum louvre systems provides effective solar shading, ventilation control, and architectural enhancement for building façades.

Louvre Types & Applications

Lattices (Ref. 2747)
Standard lattice system with 78mm profile height and 50mm depth. Maximum recommended length 2.0m (6′-7″) with 81% visibility at 35° angle. Wind load resistance Class 6 (maximum per UNE 13659:2004). Visibility coefficients: A/C 71%, B/C 44%.

Decorative Lattices (Ref. 2749 & 770220)
Enhanced aesthetic design featuring decorative profiles with 30mm spacing and 58mm depth. Maximum recommended length 1.5m (4′-11″) with 56% visibility at 50° angle. Visibility coefficients: A/C 62%, B/C 34%.

Clip Lattices (Ref. 2829)
Easy-install system with 34mm profile and 100mm height. Maximum recommended length 1.3m (4′-3″) with 55% visibility at 45° angle. Visibility coefficients: A/C 100%, B/C 24%.

Mini-Lattices (Ref. 2785)
Compact 18mm height system ideal for restricted spaces. Maximum recommended length 1.3m (4′-3″) with 55% visibility at 45° angle. Wind load resistance Class 5 per UNE 13659:2004. Visibility coefficients: A/C 55%, B/C 39%.

Tubular Louvres (Ref. 2847)
Circular profile louvres with 60mm x 12mm dimensions offering superior strength. Maximum recommended length 2.0m (6′-7″) with 76% visibility at 90° angle. Wind load resistance Class 6 (maximum per UNE 13659:2004). Visibility coefficient: A/C 76%.

Decorative Louvres (Ref. 9003)
Premium decorative system with 30mm profile and 190mm depth. Maximum recommended length 6.5m (21′-4″) with 96% visibility at 90° angle. Visibility coefficient: A/C 86%.

Perforated Louvres (Ref. 500500, 770036, 770080)
Specialized façade covering systems available in different profiles:

  • Ref. 500500: 8mm profile for subtle perforated effects
  • Ref. 770036: 26.2mm profile with A/C visibility
  • Ref. 770080: 13.9mm profile with B/C visibility

Performance & Testing

All louvre systems undergo rigorous testing according to UNE 1932:2001 standards. Wind load resistance classifications range from Class 5 to Class 6 (maximum), ensuring reliable performance in various climatic conditions.

Test parameters vary by product:

  • Lattices & Tubular louvres: 2.0m (6′-7″) test reference length
  • Mini-lattices: 1.3m (4′-3″) test reference length

Maximum lengths may be extended beyond standard recommendations for specific project requirements (consultation required).

Finish Options

All louvre systems are available in multiple finish options:

  • Color powder coating (RAL, mottled, and rough textures)
  • Wood effect powder coating for natural aesthetics
  • Anti-bacterial powder coating for healthcare and hygiene-critical applications
  • Anodized finishes for enhanced durability and corrosion resistance

These finishes are specifically formulated for outdoor applications, providing excellent UV resistance and color retention.
